No. Selected JNL packages include domain registration for the first year, so we can help set it up for you.

Are hosting and SSL included?

Yes. Your website includes secure hosting and SSL, so your site is live, protected, and accessible online.

Will I get a professional business email?

Yes. Depending on your package, professional business email account/s using your domain can be included for the first year.

What happens after the first year?

Your domain and business email will need to be renewed annually. Renewal costs will be discussed clearly before your project begins, so there are no surprises.

How long does it take to build my website or funnel?

Timelines depend on the project scope and how quickly the required content and materials are provided. Your estimated timeline will be confirmed before we start.

Can I request changes to the design?

Absolutely. JNL packages include up to two rounds of revisions so we can refine the website before launch

Will my website work on mobile devices?

Yes. Your website will be designed to be responsive and mobile-friendly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Can you connect forms, email follow-ups, booking systems, or other tools?

Yes. Depending on your package and business needs, we can integrate lead capture forms, email automation, booking systems, payments, and other essential tools into your customer journey.

Will I receive support after my website goes live?

Yes. JNL packages include 30 days of post-launch support for assistance related to your newly launched website or system.

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. Your business assets are yours. Depending on the management setup you choose, JNL can either continue managing the system for you or arrange a proper handover.

What do you need from me before we start?

We’ll guide you through the process. Generally, we’ll need your business information, services, branding assets, photos, content, and other materials relevant to your project.
